Welcome to the Employability Programme!
Our City & Guilds-accredited Employability Programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and confidence, all of which are important for sustainable freedom. The programme meets women where they are and supports them in taking the next steps to where they want to be - whether that's future employment, volunteering, education or other pathways to living free.
Below, you will find videos about each session. Whilst we don't necessarily go through everything in the session in detail, we do talk through some activities and introduce the 'why' of each session, how it connects with the overall experience of the Employability Programme, and things to be mindful of for that session.
