BOARD OF DIRECTORS: TREASURER AND THREE TRUSTEES

The Sophie Hayes Foundation is a dynamic charity, focused on helping survivors of modern slavery rebuild their lives and achieve sustainable freedom by providing invaluable training, coaching, work experience and advocacy across the UK.

We are currently seeking an experienced financial manager or financial director to join the Sophie Hayes Foundation as Treasurer and three Trustees. These individuals will be independent thinkers and team players.

They must also support our mission, be aligned to our values, and be able to act as an ambassador for the organisation.

We are seeking new Trustees to join our growing charity. to help us increase our reach and transform the lives of many more survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking.

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER

This role will support the implementation of the purpose, mission, and values of Sophie Hayes Foundation  as  part of a new Business Partnership  Team which focuses on our new PartnerUp programme. 

Salary: £26,000  + £1000 travel allowance

Reports to: Head of Business Partnerships

Contract type: 3 year fixed term (potentially perm thereafter); Full-time

DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR

This role will support the implementation of the purpose, mission, and values of Sophie Hayes Foundation by leading on the day-to-day management of our digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content. To raise  awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content.

Salary: £28,000  prorated to 3 days per week at £16,800 

Reports to: CEO
Contract type: 1 year fixed term (potentially perm thereafter)
Location: Remote or London 

Working days: Monday Wednesday Friday

EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

This role will work in partnership with referral partners and the local community to support survivors through the Employability Programme from recruitment and on-boarding through Module 1 (workshops) Module 2 (coaching), Module 3  to graduation.
Salary: £25,000  prorated to 3 days per week at £15,000 

Reports to: Employability Programme Supervisor
Contract type: 2 years fixed term (potentially perm thereafter)
Location: Remote or London 

Working days: Monday Wednesday Friday

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

By managing the administrative needs of the CEO, staff, and organisation and ensuring internal and external communications are facilitated in a timely and professional manner, you will support the implementation of the purpose, mission, and values of Sophie Hayes Foundation'
Salary: £25,000  prorated to 3 days per week at £15,000
