Head of Business Partnerships (London)
The Head of Business Partnerships will focus on developing and delivering our corporate fundraising strategy and activities, whilst fully supporting the third module of our Employability Programme.
This individual will be a key member of the Foundation's executive team and will manage a team of 3 Business and Partnership Coordinators. This team will focus on securing and managing diverse business placement partners, across England, through effective and productive collaborations and to ensure the business sector is actively engaged in all aspects of the Foundation’s mission and objectives. Furthermore, this role will focus on building effective and productive collaborations on a variety of fundraising activities, ensuring we provide the best stewardship and support for our donors, as well as taking a leading role in developing new income streams.
With a successful Trusts and Foundations programme in place, we now look to grow income from corporates, major donors and events fundraising.
Salary: Salary £ 45,000 - £50,000

Business Partnerships Coordinator (London)
This role will support the implementation of the purpose, mission, and values of Sophie Hayes Foundation by ensuring all participants referred to the Employability Programme (EP) are supported in their journeys to sustainable freedom through employability and education. The Business Development Coordinator will form part of a new BDP team which focuses on the third module of our Employability Programme, Placements, created to increase the breadth of our employability programmes to involve even more women survivors.
Salary: £25,000
Reports to: Business & Partnerships Supervisor

Contract type: 3 year fixed term (potentially perm thereafter); Full-time
