The survivor network helping women thrive.
Founded in 2021 by a group of survivors, CREW is a network and community of support and strength, enabling survivors to continue to build a sense of hope and purpose whilst on our programmes and for as long as they want to after they’ve graduated.
Described by our CREW Coordinator as ‘the voice of confidence in survivors’ heads, the helping hand when they need it’, CREW runs online workshops, inspiring panel discussions , and in-person gatherings throughout the year.

I loved getting to meet the CREW members in person, the refreshment, and the opportunity to get to meet the CEO of Sophie Hayes and other participants, as well as partners of the program. I wish we could stay longer; I didn’t want it to end. I had a fun-filled day and am looking forward to the next event as well!
