EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME
Everyone has the right to freedom, the right to live, and the right to learn. We’re here to help survivors shape their future and begin the steps to complete sustainable freedom.
Our unique programmes have been designed to support women by sharing essential life skills that will help with confidence building, followed by essential skills development for future employment and education. All of which are important for living independently, finding work and remaining free.
Over a 12-month period, our programmes help survivors to develop various skills through in person and remote group workshops, one to one sessions, remote learning, group coaching, work placements, access to training, and formal education.

PARTICIPANT CRITERIA
Essential
Female survivor of modern slavery and human trafficking.
Age 18+ no upper limit
Medium verbal & written English comprehension
Ready to plan for the future
No self-referrals
Not Essential
National Referral Mechanism (NRM)
Conclusive Grounds Decision
Right to work
